• Q-1: What should I do if the driver and software cannot be installed successfully?
• A-1: First install Win7/ win10 under the support system, the re-install or exit th anti-viirus software and re-install. ( We cannot guarantte 100% support for win10. If the user cannot install the driver on the win10 system, please contacte uss to solve it. )
• Q-2: How to view the default parameters of the three axis control board?
• A-2: Enter S RST=* ( restore the default value ) first, and then enter SS, you can view the parameters in the control window.
