She has a few surface stains. I have no idea how to clean a Barbie, so I'm going to leave it to you all- the experts. I just wiped her body down with a baby wipe to remove any dust and/or surface dirt. The on ly real damage I see is to her left pinky finger (see photos). The rest of her looks pretty good for her age.

I found this in a lot of vintage Barbies, and as of my listing this, I have a few other items from that lot listed.
