While there are two buttons and winder for time setting and operation. Internally it's powered by a Miyota OS20 movement and is rated as water resistant down to 3 meters although this watch has not been tested due to the nature of the strap material. As for the cosmetic condition this watch has seen minimal usage and is near mint condition with minor signs of handling to the strap.
