This listing is for replacement ITE IT8856fn PD power delivery charge chip.

Pre programmed with Asus PD firmware for ROG Ally RC71L consoles - This chip will not work in other devices.

Each chip programmed on a working ally board and fully tested, Chips are tinned with solder due to having to be soldered to a board for programming and testing.

These chips do not allow charging without being programmed.

CXS & CXA variant currently in stock but may vary, compatible with CX, CXA, AXA variants.

No returns are accepted as each chip has been tested and successfully negotiates 20V allowing an ally to power up and charge.

Its not advisable to blindly change chips without fully diagnosing your motherboard for other issues first.

Please ensure your board has no other faults such as OCP, OCV or load switch circuit faults which are common problems with the ally causing no power, No Charge or only 5v negotiation. (Search for OCP bypass for more information on how to check this.)
