This is a nice really hard to find accessory.  The hand cart is very strong, has the original black paint, the wheels turn freely and it is free standing.  This is unmarked but I'm sure it was made by Buddy L toys. 

The bag wagon is about 2 3/4" x 1 1/2" x 6" high.
