Please note that we do not work on-site over the weekend. Questions related to product details will be addressed on the following business day once the team returns.
Pricing:
Please be advised that we do not respond to negotiations for listings that have been active for less than 30 days.
Shipping:
· We do our best to ship all items within one business day after payment has been made. Shipping of lots greater than 10 units may take 2 business days. However, we do not ship on weekends and most holidays.
· Most items ship via USPS unless special shipping arrangements are made. If faster shipping is required please feel free to contact us for a priority shipping quote. Payment of shipping costs includes insurance.
Returns:
· Our original shipping costs will not be refunded on any item including free shipping items and the cost will be deducted from returns, no exceptions.
·Please allow 2 business days after goods are received for refunds to be processed.
· If there is nothing wrong with an item and you do not want the item, we reserve the right to apply a 15% re-stocking fee. All items returned for refund must be in sell-able condition, with all original packing.
· Buyers are responsible for the return postage of an unwanted item
