We are a brick-and-mortar non-profit thrift store located in Minneapolis. All of the items listed in our store are donated. We carefully test and describe each item to the best of our ability and knowledge. In most cases, the product photos serve as part of the description. However, if there's an issue with your purchase that was not represented in the listing, please message us—we'll do our best to resolve it. Our eBay staff is small, so we appreciate your patience. We always respond and work to make things right.
We ship within three business days after payment is received (excluding weekends). If payment is not received within four days, the transaction will be canceled in accordance with eBay policy. We cannot hold paid items beyond three business days. Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout, as we cannot ship to addresses provided through eBay messages.
We are happy to offer combined shipping! If you're purchasing multiple items, please wait for an invoice so we can adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
Please note: We no longer offer local pickup. While we used to offer in-store pickup in the past, our shipping operation now takes place at a separate location and not at our retail store. This change ensures faster processing and safer handling of your items. Thank you for understanding!
You may return an item if you change your mind; however, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was not as described. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping. Please note that we can only refund the original purchase amount (excluding shipping), as shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping is calculated automatically based on the weight and dimensions of each package. There are no additional handling fees. Some items require extensive packaging materials like bubble wrap, which may result in larger boxes, even for smaller items. We typically use USPS Ground Advantage to help keep costs down, but if you prefer UPS, just let us know. We're happy to accommodate when possible.
