The Shuni Mudra, also known as the "seal of patience," is formed by touching the tip of the middle finger with the tip of the thumb while keeping the other fingers extended and relaxed. When done with the right hand, it is believed to promote stability, strength, and awareness of the present moment, while also encouraging focus, discipline, and discernment.
