Guarantee & Return Policy:  In any event a part does not live up to our customer's reasonable expectations, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within one business day of receiving returned item. Full refund for defective items; partial refund in situations where buyer purchased a wrong part or if part is not returned in original condition. Process must begin within 30 days of original delivery date.

The electrical parts do not have a refund if they have already been used, all returns will have a 20% charge. The buyer will pay the shipping costs.
