Injection pressure adjustment - The pressure regulator's pressure gauge displays the current operating pressure when you lift the black knob and turn it clockwise.
- Turning it increases the pressure, and turning it counterclockwise decreases the pressure (the pressure does not change immediately after adjustment, but changes with one operation).
- Adjust the temperature and pressure appropriately according to the fluidity of the plastic.
| Heating temperature adjustment - The heating system can be turned on/off by the button switch on the temperature controller. Press the set button on the thermostat to set the temperature, then use the up and down arrows to adjust the temperature to the range required for plastic processing.

| Stainless steel injection filling port - It's recommend filling the plunger barrel to 80% or less each time. If you put in too much material, problems such as sticking between the plunger and barrel, or sticking between the top and bottom will occur.

 | Mold position adjustment - Adjust the height of the mold, and make the distance between the mold gate and the machine nozzle about 5mm.
- If the distance between the mold gate and the machine nozzle is too high (more than 10mm), it may cause adhesive leakage.
- Align the gate and nozzle position, press the foot switch to complete the injection molding, and release the switch.
- Wait for the mold to cool before opening the mold.
- The factory air pressure adjustment is usually 0.2mp. If the injection molding is poor, adjust the air pressure to the appropriate range. The adjustment space is 0.2mp-0.75mp, the higher the air pressure, the greater the injection pressure.
