This is a Soundesign 3571 Vintage AM-FM Digital Flip Clock Radio / Alarm clock.  It is sold AS-IS For Parts Or Repair.  The Radio does not work and makes loud screeching noise when the sleep dial is turned and also when the manual button is pushed on.  The Clock does work and the numbers flip.  I ran it for a couple hours and it seemed to keep time.   What is pretty cool is that Both am and fm Dials Turn Together when you turn the knob on the side.   It is made in Hong Kong.   Due to the age and condition, It is Sold AS-IS no refunds, no returns.    It shows a few marks and scratches.    It measures approx 12" wide.  There are a few reflections in the pictures, sorry.
