I try to photograph my designs in natural light but it is sometimes difficult to capture the truly beautiful colors of these fleece fabrics.

Keep yourself toasty warm this winter with my Handmade Polar Fleece Ski Scarf Neckwarmer that is also sometimes called a Tube, Turtle, Cowl, Gator or Gaiter. Scarves are awful when skiing and cycling/biking; they always become unraveled and whip you in the face; and all that extra bulk you have to wrap around your neck a few times to keep warm? Ugh. This is the warmest, softest, and most unrestrictive neck warmer you will find.

I make mine from super soft, polyester fleece that offers breathable, moisture-wicking performance and coziness to keep you warm and dry. I prewash the fabric before cutting the pattern to remove any dust or debris from the factory and so there is no shrinkage.

Polyester Polar/Blizzard Fleece is a lightweight, warm, and comfortable strong pile fabric meant to mimic and in some ways surpass wool, having some of wool's finest qualities, but weighing a fraction of the lightest available woolens.

Also considered to be more environmentally friendly than wool as it is often made from recycled plastic bottles, and it is a vegan alternative to wool. Vegans refrain from using any animal products, including wool. Fleece is also a great alternative for people who are allergic to wool, or those with sensitive skin. Fleece is also water-repellent, making it quick to dry and warm even when wet. These properties make it good for wicking away sweat, so fleece is a great material for active wear/sportswear, perfect for outdoor activities like walking, biking, cycling, skiing, running, and jogging.

My design is versatile so you can wear it loose around your neck or pull it up to protect your nose, mouth, and ears. My design folds flat for easy storage anywhere: purse, book bag, diaper bag, backpack, or pocket.

My neckwarmers can be machine washed with your laundry in cold water and tumble dry on LOW heat only.

I machine sew the seams using a 14 stitch-per-inch setting, and I hand sew the seam closure for extra durability and longevity. My design is a double layer for extra warmth too.

This size comfortably fits ages 6 years to adult up to a 24” head circumference.
