All our engines are fully tested & checked
The work usually takes 7-10 working days from receiving your vehicle. All the following checks are carried out as standard on all our engines:
- Engine block surfaces machined flat
- New timing chain kit installed
- Tolerances checked on wearable items
- New OEM Oil pumps fitted
- Cylinder head skimmed and pressure tested
- New OEM oil seals installed
- Valve seats machined if required Block cylinders inspected for cracks
- New cylinder liners fitted if required
- New piston rings fitted
- New Connecting rods fitted
- New Crank shaft fitted
- New OEM big end bearings fitted
- New OEM main bearings fitted
- New OEM head gasket fitted
- All bolts torqued to specification in accordance with Auto data
- Assembled units oil pressure tested
- Assembled units compression tested
