New, old growth pine, 5 string banjo bridge.  Made from old growth yellow pine cut approximately 150 years ago.  The growth rings are thin and tight, up to 32 per inch.  This makes it stronger and harder than modern pine which has thick, spongy growth rings.  The sound is not as bright as a maple bridge but is still clear.  The height is 5/8" though I can shorten it to any height you want down to 1/2".  The length is greater than typical to give enhanced stability.  The default foot width is about 3/16" though I can make it anything down to 1/8", just tell me your preference.  The standard foot width is more stable but Nylgut users often prefer a thinner bridge.  I can provide it without slots (cut your own wider e.g. Crowe spacing) or with shallow vee form slots that peak in the center of the bridge and taper down toward each side.  You may need to deepen to fit a thick 4th string.  Vee form slots are self-centering and tend to buzz less.  Steel strings will press into the pine a little, forming fitted U shaped slots.  It will be well packed in a box for protection.
