đŤ STRICT PIPE TYPE LIMITATION: This bender is ONLY for thick-walled round pipes (2.75mm â 4.5mm wall thickness) such as schedule water/gas pipes and black iron. It is COMPLETELY UNSUITABLE for square/rectangular tubes, thin-walled copper pipes, or thin aluminum conduits, as it WILL flatten, buckle, or crush the metal.
đ MEASURE YOUR PIPE OD IN MM FIRST: Do not rely solely on the inch size name! Always measure the outside diameter of your round pipe with a caliper. For example, if your pipe's actual measured outer diameter is approx 21.3 mm, select the 1/2" (DN15) die.
đ§ LUBRICATE ROLLER PINS: Apply high-pressure grease to the two roller support pins and symmetrical frame slots before operating. Pump the lever steadily in gradual stages to allow natural metal flow without overloading seals.
