🚫 STRICT PIPE COMPATIBILITY LIMITATION: This heavy-duty system is exclusively engineered for thick-walled round pipes. It is completely unsuitable for square or rectangular tubes, and never use it on thin-walled structural tubing such as domestic copper piping, exhaust pipes under 2.75mm wall thickness, or soft aluminum conduits, as it will crush, flat-buckle, or tear the metal.
Always Lubricate and Clean Roller Pins: Before charging the hydraulic jack handle, ensure the two structural roller pin support posts are inserted into the appropriate symmetrical frame slots. Apply high-pressure grease to the pivot pins to enable a smooth lateral glide during the bending sweep.
Execute Cold Bending in Gradual Stages: For pristine geometric results with zero structural stress-cracking, always pump the lever gradually in controlled stages.
