We never use stock photos. The disc, case, and inserts you see in the photos are the exact items you?ll receive. As collectors ourselves, we also know how important great packaging is, so every order is carefully and professionally packed to keep your item safe throughout the shipping process. All of our optical disc media items (CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and game discs) are covered under our Playback Promise Guarantee. Your satisfaction is always our priority, and we?re here to help if you experience any playback issues. If you have any problems within 14 days of receiving your order, just reach out and we?ll be happy to assist.

We strive to provide clear, detailed, and accurate photos of every item we sell so you know exactly what to expect. Because this is a pre-owned disc, light cosmetic scratches or scuffs may be present on the disc, artwork, or case. These do not affect play and are considered normal for used media.

We cannot accept returns unless the disc itself has a reproducible playback issue, or if the item arrives damaged or materially different from the photos and description provided. Please note that we cannot accept returns for cracked or broken jewel cases, as case issues are cosmetic and do not affect playback.

To process a refund or replacement, all original components (disc, case, and artwork) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. We may request photos of the item to help speed up the return or resolution process.
