What is your service fee?
Personal Shopping fee is $15 per single shipment and for Package Forwarding fee is $10 per single shipment. This covers our receiving, consolidation, repackaging and documentation services. You only pay for actual international shipping costs.

We offer free storage for up to 30 days. After this period, storage fees $5 per week will apply. We'll notify you before any charges are incurred, giving you time to arrange for shipping.
Are there any prohibited items?
