GM OEM Neutral Leather Steering Wheel Cruise & Audio 15860963 for 05-06 Cobalt

New GM OEM Steering Wheel # 15860963. This was used on the 05-06 Chevy Cobalt. This may work on other years and models, however this specific part number was not assembled in them. This has cruise and audio controls. These are OEM new old stock. They were obtained in a buyout from a GM assembly plant when they changed over model years. Since they were for installation in an assembly plant, they are bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. These are what was used in the original vehicles and have been stored in a warehouse since then; you can’t get much more OEM than that. You may see minor scuffs or some very slight imperfections from being moved around in an unheated warehouse.
