It is marked 'Cornwall, Ont.' which stands for the city of Cornwall in Ontario renowned for its Lacrosse sticks makers. It measures 11¼ inches long by 2½ inches wide at the top and the frame is made of either oak or ash. 

It is in perfect condition and is as clean as the day it was made.
