Item in working condition.  Takes incoming calls.  Cannot get to make outgoing calls on my landline.  Memo pad is missing.  Slight damage on receiver as pictured.  Cord could use a new male connector where it plugs into jack.  The lock tab on the plug is missing, but still works.  AS PICTURED
