Here are lovely strands of South Sea pearls, with interesting button and oval shapes, and presenting in interesting golden hues.  Some of the pearls exhibit circles or rings that add fascinating texture and character.

The pearls are 100% South Seas, harvested from the enormous gold-lipped Pinctada maxima mollusks that thrive in the tropical ocean waters off the coasts of the Philippines.  They are all-natural in color and have not been dyed, treated nor enhanced in any way.

High luster.  “AA” surface grading.  Pearl sizes range anywhere from 7.5mm to 10.9mm.

#1 – 7.9mm to 10.9mm, 42 pcs.

#2 – 7.5mm to 10.5mm, 43 pcs.

These are loose strands (temporarily strung only, not knotted between the pearls and have no clasp), and are being sold here as they are.  Each strand is approximately 16 inches long.  When fully knotted and affixed with a clasp, the strand will extend to approximately 18 inches, a traditional princess necklace length that falls at or just below the collar bone.
