This does contain a glowing blue material on the inside so it will actually function as a working piece, but the timing is not set to a certain pour time. Something like that is possible for more money. This is more of a display piece. But if you turn it upside down, it will pour material,. This material will glow blue and when charged by normal light has the power to glow uranium glass in without UV. This is just a free bonus. Don’t buy it for that reason. This is intended to be used under a black light only. These are about 4- 4.5" tall
