Package included:
8 x Fuel Injectors
Installation steps:
-Preparatory Work:
1.Disconnect the negative terminal of the vehicle battery to prevent short circuits.
2. Release the pressure of the fuel system (refer to the vehicle maintenance manual).
3. Clean the installation position of the fuel injectors to prevent impurities from entering the engine.
-Remove the old fuel injectors
1.Unplug the electrical plug of the fuel injector.
2. Remove the fixing clips or bolts.
3. Carefully pull out the fuel injector and make sure there is no residue on the sealing ring.
-Install new fuel injectors
1. Lubricate the sealing ring: Apply a small amount of engine oil or special grease.
2. Align with the installation hole: Insert vertically to avoid damage caused by tilting.
3. Fix the fuel injector: Tighten the bolts as required by the torque (e.g., 8 to 10 N·m).
4. Connect the circuit: Ensure that the plug clips are fully locked.
Maintenance and care:
-Cleaning method:
1. Use a dedicated fuel injector cleaner for reverse flushing.
2. Or add fuel system cleaner to the fuel tank (in the proportion specified in the manual).
-Storage Requirements:
Uninstalled fuel injectors need to be sealed to prevent dust and avoid high-temperature and humid environments.
Safety Tips:
Keep away from open flames when operating. Fuel is flammable and explosive!
Before disassembly, the pressure of the fuel system must be released to prevent fuel splashing.
