X-23 (Laura Kinney) is a genetically engineered clone of Wolverine, created to be a living weapon. Raised in harsh, controlled conditions and trained from childhood as an assassin, she possesses Wolverine’s healing factor, heightened senses, and adamantium-coated claws—two in her hands and one in each foot.

Despite her violent origins, Laura develops her own identity and struggles to break free from her programming. Over time, she becomes a hero in her own right, joins teams like the X-Men and X-Force, and eventually takes up the mantle of Wolverine.

She’s known for her stoic demeanor, fierce combat skills, and ongoing journey to define her humanity beyond the weapon she was made to be.
