Edwardian Georgian sterling silver sugar basket. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1910. Bowl round and pierced; c-scroll swing handle and raised and stepped foot. Detachable cobalt blue glass liner. Fully marked including maker's stamp, pattern no. 17831 (first produced in 1910), and director's letter m.
