C. A. H. Waller 7x8.5 typed signed letter dated April 24, 1991. The signature is in black pen ink and is in excellent condition. The letter itself is also in very good condition; some light scattered creases are present, blank back. 
C. A. H. Waller was a U.S. Army lieutenant general whose career included senior command and staff responsibilities during the mid-20th century. He served in multiple key leadership roles, contributing to operational planning, organizational readiness, and high-level Army administration. Waller’s service placed him within major institutional commands where he oversaw personnel, logistics, and strategic development. His career reflected decades of advancement through the Army’s upper ranks, culminating in his promotion to lieutenant general. He remains part of the Army’s senior leadership history from that era.
