We often specialize in unique and hard-to-find items, many of which are difficult to replace. We strive to offer competitive pricing, including discounted shipping whenever possible. However, due to rising shipping costs, particularly for large or heavy items, actual shipping expenses can reach very expensive levels and we have seen large and heavy items even reach as high as $50 to $115 depending on size, weight, and destination. In some cases, we absorb up to 28% more in shipping costs than what is charged to the buyer. Shipping rates can vary significantly by location. For example, a package that costs $5.98 to ship in one state may cost $11.38 in another, but we still offer the item at a flat rate, which is very rare. We reserve the right to select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method based on destination, carrier pricing zones, and applicable surcharges. We have seen notable increases in shipping costs in states such as California, New Mexico, Florida, Texas, Colorado, Alaska, Montana, Oklahoma, and Oregon. We take pride in providing detailed listings, including clear photos of items and packaging, along with tracking on most shipments. Communication is a top priority—we keep buyers informed from purchase through delivery. For items listed as sealed, we do not break manufacturer seals under any circumstances, please do not ask us to do so because that significantly impacts pricing. We are also aware of the increasing prevalence of fraudulent activities such as item swapping, chargeback schemes, manipulated images, address alterations, and package interception attempts. To protect both ourselves and our customers, we utilize advanced verification methods, identification sources, technology and industry-standard markings. We work closely with eBay to report activity and may involve appropriate authorities, including postal inspectors, when necessary. We do not engage in any off-platform communication and strictly adhere to eBay policies regarding transactions and messaging. We actively monitor multi-account abuse and other suspicious behaviors and report them accordingly. If multiple items are purchased and extra shipping is charged, we will review shipping cost and issue appropriate refunds, providing transparency and documentation when applicable. While we are always willing to help ensure a smooth transaction, we are not responsible for educating other sellers on listing practices or item descriptions, we are well aware of instances where a person impersonates as a buyer only to obtain additional information to build descriptions for similar items and work with eBay to block such activities as it takes time away from customers. While we do offer sales in and outside of the US, we only use and eBay International for purchases outside the USA. We send the items to eBay domestic hub and they handle everything.
