The product is in good condition, with minimal signs of wear. Functionality was tested with batteries. The recorder has been tested for playback and rewinding: when the buttons are pressed, the reels rotate mechanically. When recording, there is no movement of the reels.
The Elektron-52D voice recorder has been experimentally produced by the Poltava Electromechanical Plant since the fall of 1967. The Elektron-52D voice recorder is based on the «Tinic» o voice recorder and is intended for two-track recording and playback of speech information using magnetic tape.

Listening to the recording is done using a TM-2M telephone or an amplifier with speakers.
The recorder consists of a CVL and a universal
recording and playback amplifier.
Power is supplied from two TsNK-0.45 batteries and a
Krona battery.
The speed of the tape is variable, depending on its
winding on the reel and ranges from 3 to 9.5 cm/sec. Recording time on type 10
magnetic tape is from 10 to 30 minutes.
The operating frequency range is 300...3500 Hz at lower speeds and 200...7000 Hz at higher speeds. Rated output power 20 mW. KNI 15%.
Detonation coefficient 10%. Relative interference level -30 dB.
The dimensions of the voice recorder are 165x70x50 mm.
Weight 0.5 kg. + box, spools and packaging.
