It is uses digital zoom for distance shots. Unlike optical zoom (physical lens movement), it digitally crops & enlarges the image center. This stretches pixels, causing blur and detail loss at high zoom. For clarity, use optical zoom or move closer.

The pictures make it look like metal. What's the actual material?
Great observation! The finish aims for a sleek look, but the housing is high-grade ABS plastic, not metal. This material offers great strength-to-weight ratio, making the camera both tough and easy to carry.

How well does this camera handle shaky shots?
It has reliable autofocus but lacks image stabilization. Movement during exposure may blur photos. Counter this by shooting in good light, using faster shutter speeds, or bracing it on a stable surface.

Why won’t my camera start after setup?
Confirm all parts (lens/battery/memory card) are securely and correctly installed per our official guide (see product page). Improper seating prevents startup.
