A few tear in the cloth along the back joint, and an approximately 2" tear in the cloth of the front joint from the spine head down, and the cloth appears brittle. Very heavy rubbing and a little loss at corners, along edges and at spine ends. Previous owner's name on front end page. Foxing on closed edges, end pages, and inside. Binding sound.
