Lace cocktail dress. Tiered ruffley bottom. Satin ruched panel around the top of the skirt portion. Fit and flare. Hits around the bottom of the knees.

Size: tag says 9, but fits more like approximately a modern 4. See measurements. Would recommend for smaller busts.
