This is essential so our delivery partner (BJS) can contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Failure to provide a working mobile number may lead to delays or failed delivery attempts.Larger or specially handled items will be delivered safely into your hallway.
Where applicable, delivery into the room of your choice may be offered.
Delivery teams can navigate up to two flights of stairs . They cannot navigate more than two flights, provide assembly services, or remove packaging materials.
1.2 Small Items
Smaller orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked .
1.3 Free Delivery
Items advertised with Free Delivery include no outward delivery charges to the customer.
1.4 Missed Scheduled Delivery
If the customer requests or agrees to a scheduled delivery date but is unavailable or misses the delivery:
Redelivery charges will apply.
Redelivery will not take place until these charges are paid.
Redelivery is handled by BJS Delivery or another specified courier.
Orders cancelled prior to dispatch incur a £17.99 restocking fee , deducted from your refund.
