As a classic film camera enthusiast, I collected a number of vintage cameras over the years. Apart from a few 135 models, most of them are medium format (120) cameras. As I’ve grown older, I’m feeling it increasingly difficult to maintain all of them, so I’ve decided to gradually downsize my collection. I’ve registered a new eBay account and will be selling some of these cameras over time. Please rest assured if you’re interested in purchasing.

For sale is a Royer Teleroy medium-format folding camera equipped with a Berthiot 105mm f/3.5 lens, serial no. 1002871.  Item number: 201706-403. The camera has recently received a full CLA, and all functions operate properly. The Prontor shutter works well at all speeds (B–1/300). The lens is clean with no haze, fungus, oil, scratches, or cleaning marks. Coating shows very slight oxidation—especially on the rear group—which is common with French lenses, but it does not affect image quality.

This camera uses 120 film and can shoot 8 exposures in 6×9 format, or 16 exposures in 6×4.5 format (requires an internal mask, not included). Film is counted using the rear red window.

The camera features a unique coupled split-image rangefinder. When turning the focus ring mounted on the lens, the left half of the image moves vertically; focus is achieved when the horizontal line aligns with the fixed right-side image. If no horizontal lines are visible, simply rotate the camera 90 degrees to focus. This focusing system is unusual and takes a little practice, but it works accurately.

The seller provides a one-month warranty—any mechanical issues during this period will be repaired free of charge. Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only.
