About White Sapote (Casimiroa edulis):
Also known as Mexican apple or zapote blanco, White Sapote is a tropical to subtropical fruit tree native to Central Mexico and Central America. It belongs to the citrus family (Rutaceae) and produces soft, creamy fruit with a sweet flavor often compared to banana, pear, and vanilla.
The tree features glossy green, palmately compound leaves and grows with a dense, rounded canopy — making it an attractive shade tree as well.

Prefers full sun for best fruiting
Grows well in fertile, well-draining soil (avoid heavy clay or salty soils)
