We are based in Hatton Garden, in the heart of London's jewellery district, a few minutes from Farringdon/Chancery Lane tube stations.

If you would like to view an item please contact us and we would be happy to arrange an appointment. We do not have a physical shop or items on display.

We accept payment by PayPal and Credit / Debit cards entered on eBay only. You must be registered with PayPal or eBay to buy from us. We also accept payment by bank transfer or cash on collection.

We ship via Royal Mail special delivery for domestic purchases.

International orders will be shipped by DHL Express. Please allow for customs and duties for international shipments, this is the buyer's responsibility

All our shipments are shipped fully insured. Please check your package has not been tampered with on delivery and take note with courier if it has in any way.

Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. Delivery estimate is typically 1day for domestic, 3-5 days international depending on location.

All items must be returned in the same condition it was received including packaging and any certificates.

Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Refunds are less the cost of the originally purchased shipping if no fault.
