This is a USA made HOWEEN leather glove……. So it’s a tough…tight fit glove made in the USA…and it does appear that someone did relace this glove

1) As far as fitting goes : This glove is a tight fit on my average adult size hand !

2) This glove does not have a Velcro wrist strap and it is snug around the wrist

5) The inner lining : The inner lining is in excellent condition as the glove is extremely comfortable to the hand and the fingers all the way up through the finger stalls !
