From my knowledge the stamp is dating this piece between 1911-1921. Nippon was changed to Noritake some time after.

I do not see any major damage, cracks, cravings or breaks. This is an antique and some wear and tear due to age is common. It is in wonderful condition otherwise. Please view photos for full visual description.
