I may cancel and issue a refund if Japan Post cannot deliver to your country.

Import duties, taxes etc are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the listing price, please check your countries regulations before purchasing. 

I can not mark sold goods as gifts, or lower the declared value to avoid import charges.
