All items are sent using Royal Mail. For items with a value over GBP 2500.00 (within the U.K.) or GBP 250.00 (rest of the world) it is recommended that they be sent by Royal Mail's 'Parcelforce Global Priority' service.
Depending on shipping method, either a tracking number or certificate of posting is obtained on every item sent. In the unlikely event that an item is lost in the post, we will make a claim on your behalf, following Royal Mail's claims procedure. Any refunds or replacements will be made on the completion of Royal Mail's investigations.
