Insignia: Technician 3rd Grade chevrons with "T" on both sleeves; Alaska Department shoulder patch with red arrow and star field.
Buttons: Great Seal of the United States brass buttons; all present.
Features: Notched lapel; four front pockets with scalloped flaps; partial khaki lining; rear vented skirt with pleats.
