These are mine personally and its the "first time since 2003 that I even looked at them yet opened up the booklets " for photo purposes..

These $2 Bills from the World Reserve Monetary Exchange feature an image of Statue of Liberty with an outline of the New York Skyline and an American Flag behind the profile of Thomas Jefferson. Each bill comes in a brown vinyl case with the logo of the World Reserve Monetary Exchange on the outside.

Sealed band with a N.Y. sticker on it !!!  and inspection tag inside.
