Elegant promotional and menu booklet for Madame Helene’s, the celebrated Hollywood tea room and restaurant popular with early film stars. Includes menus for both the Paramount Studio Tea Room at 722 North Bronson Avenue and Madame Helene’s Rose Villa in Flintridge. Sections include “Teas of the Ages,” “De Luxe Dinners,” and “Memorie,” describing the refined settings and offerings of the establishments. Menus feature elaborate period fare—avocado cocktails, lobster salad, roast turkey with chestnut stuffing, and Madame Helene’s famous Hawaiian Kona coffee.


Condition: Very Good. Light age toning and faint soiling to covers; a small rust mark from a removed paper clip on one interior page. Bound with original cord. Interior clean, pages supple, and complete.
