Needs repair

It’s used in a good condition. There is some wear to the box and looks like there is a piece of electrical tape on it. The bank I can’t get to work the light lights up, but the door does not open. Not sure what’s going on with it. The bank is super clean very nice. Overall amazing item. See pictures for details and condition.
