This vibrant hand painted art glass vase is mould blown of cased glass with a vibrant Sapphire Blue and Opaline White glass. 

Beautifully decorated with hand painted polychrome enameling depicting a colourful bird perched on a blooming Magnolia branch. There is also surrounding pink Fuchsias, white Sweet Alyssum flowers, variegated greenery, and golden wheat grasses.

The rim is cut. No pontil on the base. Not marked.

Circa. 1880's. 

Harrach and Josephinenhutte are good contenders, as both Bohemian glasshouses produced this style of glass.

9-1/2" tall. The rim is 2-3/4" diameter. The base is 3-1/2" diameter. 4-1/4" diameter.

The ornate wooden base is not included. For photo display purposes.
