This pen is one of my favorites. It is a black, professional looking, shaped like a ballpoint pen.

You can add voice to your notes, write now and sync later, save and search your notes, share your notes as text, PDF, Word documents, and auto sync your documents with familiar cloud services like Evernote, Google Drive and Dropbox.

Livescribe made a great smartpen with this model. I very much like its metal feel, sharp black color, light weight, and solid pocket clip (so many pens have no clip or whimsy plastic ones that break).

I opened the box to check its contents, hence, I call it “Open Box”.
