Your card's secure arrival is our priority.  

For all raw card orders, your card is encased in a penny sleeve and securely placed in a semi-rigid holder or top loader. Irrespective of the holder used, it is further protected with a team bag or graded slab sleeve, and as a final protective step, the well-packaged card is nestled between two cardboard sheets. While post-dispatch events are beyond our control, we take every precautionary measure within our capacity to ensure it reaches you in the expected state.

All items are sent with tracking:

• Raw cards: sent via a tracked envelope by default, with an option to upgrade to tracked parcel postage.
• Graded cards and booster boxes: sent via tracked parcel postage.
• Multiple items: combined into a single shipment; you only pay for postage once based on the applicable method.

Outside of Australia?

• Please be aware that the price you pay for items and shipping does not cover any customs/import duties, taxes, and other charges. These are typically levied once the item reaches your country and fall under your financial responsibility.
• Each country has its unique set of customs regulations and associated costs. We strongly advise that you consult with your local customs office before placing a bid or completing a purchase. This step will help you understand any additional costs and avoid surprises.
