Items have to be returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused (with original tags and/or packaging), and in the original packaging. If the item is received and is not in original condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding your parcel for you.
