I found this piece at a local auction and discovered it was more than a normal MCM Arabia Finland trivet or wall tile.

Toini Muona has made very similar impressed botanic ceramic tiles that I have found, but couldn’t find this exact one.

The previous owner did not take “fine art” care of it and I didn’t want to attempt any cleaning and the price reflects the condition.

I am hoping to get this in the hands of someone who collects or resells Finnish ceramics. Such a diamond in the auction rough!!!
