Shipping Info

• Items under a few pounds are normally shipped by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, and these may have a longer delivery time than the eBay estimate.
• Items up to 110 pounds are shipped regular ground service by the lowest cost method, usually UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
• Items over 110 pounds are normally shipped by LTL truck freight, normally FedEx Freight or R+L Carriers. If a semi-truck cannot deliver to your address, then choose an alternate, more accessible address.
• Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to eBay after your item ships.

Payment Info

• All eBay purchases must be paid during Buy It Now.
• eBay items are not eligible for pick up at our store.

Return Info

• There will be no returns allowed after the 30 day return period lapses.
• Engines filled with fuel or oil are not eligible for return. No Returns on Electrical Items.
• Buyer must pay for return shipping and assure that item is packaged sufficiently to avoid damage during the return.
• Buyer is responsible for any damage to item prior to receipt at Small Engine Warehouse.
• Buyer will be credited for the amount paid for item minus a Restocking Fee (up to 20%, listed on each item) and return shipment damage after item is received and inspected.
