Not all lights come on at the same time, it depends on the strength of the trigger source.

She has a UV power light inside her tummy to show she is powered on and to attract activity.

All powered by a 9v battery (included for U.K. purchases only)

Kelly also has a 3rd eye paranormal symbol printed onto her belly.
